NFL week 10 best picks and top prop bets | Sunday, November 13

NFL football tips

The NFL Week 10 slate kicked off with the Carolina Panthers defeating the Atlanta Falcons in a relatively boring game. However, there are 12 games on Sunday that will give NFL fans a chance to forget about Thursday Night Football — including a fascinating matchup in Germany between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Seattle Seahawks. We have picks for that game and more. Let’s get into them.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Seattle Seahawks

Kenneth Walker is a rookie running back for the Seattle Seahawks who has firmly established himself as one of the best runners in the league. After an injury to Rashaad Penny in week three, Walker has started and received most of the rushing opportunities for the Seahawks. In the five games since that injury, Walker has seven touchdowns and looks like an elite player. The Bucs have a strong rush defense but that shouldn’t matter; the Seahawks will be able to score and Walker will be very involved. At this point, Walker is a great bet to score a touchdown in any game and these odds are far too high considering his importance to the Seahawks offense.

Miami Dolphins vs Cleveland Browns

This will be an interesting matchup between the 3-5 Cleveland Browns and the 6-3 Miami Dolphins. While both of these teams boast bad defenses, the Browns have actually showed signs of improvement on that side of the ball and they should be able to slow down a very strong Miami offense. While Miami have been the better team and have used their offensive firepower to win games, Cleveland actually presents a tough matchup for them and this game should be close. Cleveland have one of the best running games in the league and Miami cannot stop the run. This will give the Browns an opportunity to control the clock and cover the number.

New York Giants vs Houston Texans

Much like the aforementioned Kenneth Walker, Dameon Pierce is a rookie running back who is playing at an elite level. Pierce has been the only competent piece of the Texans offense and they have no problem with leaning on him. Last week, in a game the Texans lost convincingly, Pierce was given 27 carries and even when the team was losing, Pierce was getting work. That should be the case here. Pierce would have cleared this number in four of the past five games and he looks locked in for a busy day. Take his yardage overs and watch him run over a beatable Giants rush defense.

Las Vegas Raiders vs Indianapolis Colts

Both of these teams are spiraling down the standings. Prior to the season, both of these squads were playoff hopefuls but now, they look like they may compete for the first overall pick. The Indianapolis Colts are 3-5-1 and the Las Vegas Raiders are at 2-6. Despite all that, the Raiders are heavily favored when they have no right to be. They simply cannot put together a consistent offense and their defense is one of the worst in the league. While the Colts are awful offensively, they have a competent defense and should be able to keep this game close. For some reason, the public perception is more down on the Colts than the Raiders and this game should show these teams are pretty equal. Take the Colts and the points in what should be a pretty low scoring affair.

Buffalo Bills vs Minnesota Vikings

Justin Jefferson is a top three receiver in the NFL and his odds to score should never be plus money. Sure, the Bills have a great defense but the Vikings have a strong offense that haven’t been slowed down all year. And the key to that is Jefferson. He is consistently breaking big plays and is also a key target around the goal line. Simply put, he is the focal point of the Vikings offense and he is capable of scoring on any play. Expect him to put in another big performance and score in what projects to be a fun, high-scoring affair.

San Francisco 49ers vs Los Angeles Chargers

This week’s Sunday night feature will be a California battle between two of the better teams in the NFL. The Niners will be at home and that will give them a big advantage in this game. Also, they recently acquired Christian McCaffrey to lead their offense and the running back projects to be a big part of this game. The Chargers cannot defend the run and the Niners should dominate that aspect of the game. While the Chargers are good, they are simply too injured to be trusted right now and the Niners can match them in terms of star quality. This is a big line for the Niners but the Chargers’ health problems will keep them from stopping the Niners. Take San Francisco to win big in what should be a fun Sunday Night game.
