The championship leader continued his dominant form with a blistering 1:27.811 lap to claim pole position for Sunday’s Grand Prix at Sachsenring. The Ducati star heads into race day as the -454.55 favourite and will be eyeing another perfect weekend at a circuit where he’s historically been untouchable.

Johann Zarco was the surprise of qualifying, powering his LCR Honda onto the front row with a 1:27.962 — his best showing of the year. He’s now second in betting at +900, and will be desperate to convert grid position into a podium finish, or better.

Marco Bezzecchi also impressed to round out the front row. The Aprilia rider looked comfortable across both practice and qualifying, and sits third in the market at +625 as he searches for a career-defining win.

Francesco Bagnaia will have his work cut out from P11, while Pedro Acosta (P5) and Alex Márquez (P6) still loom as mid-pack threats. Championship implications are high, especially for Márquez’s brother Alex, who must start clawing back ground to stay in the hunt.

Race winner betting tips – German GP

Marc Márquez to win
Pole position, Sachsenring pedigree, and unstoppable form — the triple crown of domination. Unless he hits trouble early, it’s hard to see anyone denying him another win.

Marco Bezzecchi to win
The Aprilia man starts from P3 and has shown strong long-run pace all weekend. If he can stay in touch early, he’s got the rhythm to cause an upset.

Johann Zarco to win
Don’t ignore the front-row starter. Zarco has the clean air and nothing to lose — and that makes him dangerous.
