Last season’s Super Bowl matchup headlines proceedings as the Chiefs host the Eagles, while the Commanders head to Lambeau to take on Green Bay on Thursday night.

Keep reading for our best bets and parlay picks for Week 2 of the 2025/26 NFL season.

Washington Commanders at Green Bay Packers

Thursday, September 11 – 7:15pm CT – Lambeau Field, Green Bay

The Green Bay Packers are at home, which is a big advantage; their coach scripts strong early drives, and their defense can pressure Washington’s young quarterback Jayden Daniels into mistakes. If Green Bay get a lead, they’ll run the ball and drain the clock.

Green Bay Packers -6.5

Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens

Sunday, September 14 – 1pm ET – M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore

Zay Flowers just opened the season with seven catches, 143 yards and a touchdown against Buffalo. He was Baltimore’s go-to playmaker on crossers, screens and deep shots. With defenses keying on Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson’s run threat, Flowers often gets single coverage near the red zone.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Cincinnati Bengals

Sunday, September 14 – 1pm ET – Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati

Quarterbacks Trevor Lawrence and Joe Burrow can both score in bunches, and each team has big-play receivers who turn short throws into long gains. Cincinnati usually throw more at home, while Jacksonville’s quick passing keeps the chains moving. Unless there’s heavy wind or rain on game day, this has the feel of a back-and-forth shootout

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys

Sunday, September 14 – 12pm ET – AT&T Stadium, Arlington

Dallas went toe-to-toe with the Eagles on the road before stalling late in a 24–20 loss. Meanwhile, the Giants went down 21–6 to Washington and struggled near the goal line, and they also lost starting linebacker Micah McFadden (foot) from that game — a hit to their run defense. Everything points to a double-digit Cowboys win.

Dallas Cowboys -9.5

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions

Sunday, September 14 – 1pm ET – Ford Field, Detroit

Detroit managed to moved the ball at Lambeau but finished poorly in the red zone. Back home, those short-field stalls should correct. Chicago blew an 11-point fourth-quarter lead on Monday night and conceded 21 unanswered to lose 27–24 to the Vikings, with late-game management and execution under fire. Shorter rest and a loud Ford Field have Detroit getting the job done by at least a touchdown.

Detroit Lions -5.5

New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins

Sunday, September 14 – 1pm ET – Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens

Miami looked out of sorts in a 33–8 loss to the Colts, managing just 211 total yards with three turnovers, and they came out of it banged up on the offensive line. New England lost by seven in Las Vegas but actually led at halftime and kept the Raiders to 20 at home. With Miami’s protection shaky and the Pats’ defense keeping scores in range, the upset looks on.

San Francisco 49ers at New Orleans Saints

Sunday, September 14 – 12pm CT – Caesars Superdome, New Orleans

San Francisco escaped with a 17–13 win over Seattle and immediately cut their kicker after a missed 27-yarder and a block. They’ve now brought in Eddy Piñeiro — a late-week change that can matter in a tight road game. The Saints just lost 20–13 to the Cardinals but showed enough on defense and special teams at home to keep this inside a field goal.

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets

Sunday, September 14 – 1pm ET – MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford

Bills quarterback Josh Allen ran in a two-yard score in opening week and piled up more than 400 yards in a 41–40 shootout against the Ravens. The Jets conceded 32 at home in their opener, so this should stay aggressive near the goal line — prime territory for a QB run.

Seattle Seahawks at Pittsburgh Steelers

Sunday, September 14 – 1pm ET – Acrisure Stadium, Pittsburgh

The Steelers put up 34 in a road win over the Jets, while Seattle mustered only 13 at home against San Francisco. With the Seahawks coming east for an early kick and Pittsburgh’s offense already in rhythm, a one-score margin feels attainable.

Pittsburgh Steelers -3

Los Angeles Rams at Tennessee Titans

Sunday, September 14 – 12pm ET – Nissan Stadium, Nashville

Davante Adams just missed out on a couple of touchdown chances in Week 1, which tells you the red-zone intent is there. The Raiders will likely need points to keep up with a Chargers offense that just threw three TDs in Brazil, boosting the chance Davante gets his end-zone look.

Davante Adams anytime touchdown

Carolina Panthers at Arizona Cardinals

Sunday, September 14 – 1:05pm ET – State Farm Stadium, Glendale

Arizona’s defense held New Orleans to 13 on the road, while Bryce Young struggled as Carolina were gashed on the ground by Travis Etienne’s 143 rushing yards in a 26–10 loss to the Jaguars. Back at home, the Cards can lean on defense and dominate proceedings.

Arizona Cardinals -6.5

Denver Broncos at Indianapolis Colts

Sunday, September 14 – 4:05pm ET – Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis

Broncos receiver Courtland Sutton opened with six catches, 61 yards and a touchdown, showing he’s Bo Nix’s go-to in the red zone. Even if Denver lean on the run, they dial up offensive plays for Sutton inside the 20 — exactly how he scored against Tennessee.

Courtland Sutton anytime touchdown

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs

Sunday, September 14 – 3:25pm ET – Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City

The Eagles beat the Cowboys in the Kickoff Game, while the Chiefs lost 27–21 to a sharp Chargers outfit. NFL betting chatter even has Kansas City as a rare home underdog, which underscores that form edge. Philly’s run game and defensive depth travel.

Atlanta Falcons at Minnesota Vikings

Sunday, September 14 – 7:20pm ET – U.S. Bank Stadium, Minneapolis

Rookie J.J. McCarthy rallied the Vikings from the dead on Monday night to beat Chicago 27–24, while the Falcons let a late lead slip against Tampa. Minnesota’s defense tightened after halftime, and the two-back combo of Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason settled the offense — good signs for covering at home.

Minnesota Vikings -4.5

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Houston Texans

Monday, September 15 – 6pm ET – NRG Stadium, Houston

Tampa found a way late in Atlanta, with rookie receiver Emeka Egbuka snagging two touchdowns, and the defense held the Falcons to 20. Houston, meanwhile, managed just nine points against the Rams. With Tampa’s pass rush and clutch receiver play, they’re the safer side despite being outsiders with top sports betting sites.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win

Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders

Monday, September 15 – 7pm ET – Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas

The Chargers unveiled a more aggressive passing plan in their win over the Chiefs, while the defense survived late against Patrick Mahomes. The Raiders got a nice 20–13 home win against the Patriots, but the scoring ceiling still looked modest. The Chargers’ balance under coach Jim Harbaugh can push this past a field goal.
