Thursday, September 18 – 8:15pm ET – Highmark Stadium, Buffalo
The Bills have scored 71 points across their two victories, and they’ll face a lackluster Dolphins defense that has surrendered 66 points in their two losses. With both sides boasting plenty of offensive weapons, expect a high-scoring game to kick off the week.
Sunday, September 21 – 1pm ET – Huntington Bank Field, Cleveland
Coming off two impressive wins over the Lions and Commanders, the Packers travel to Cleveland to face a Browns team still searching for their first victory. Since adding Micah Parsons, Green Bay’s defense has made life difficult for opposing offenses, and an eight-point head start looks generous for the visitors.
Sunday, September 21 – 12pm CDT – Nissan Stadium, Nashville
The Colts have been the surprise package to start the 2025–26 NFL season, with quarterback Daniel Jones guiding a young roster to back-to-back wins. The Titans have shown flashes of progress, but their run defense remains a concern, giving Jones an excellent chance to extend his touchdown streak to three games.
Sunday, September 21 – 12pm CT – U.S. Bank Stadium, Minneapolis
The Bengals and Vikings meet at U.S. Bank Stadium with both teams missing their starting quarterbacks after Week 2 injuries. Cincinnati’s offensive line has struggled so far, while the Vikings’ defense is aggressive and disruptive. At home, Minnesota look well placed to win by a field goal or more.
Sunday, September 21 – 1pm ET – Gillette Stadium, Foxborough
The Patriots and the Steelers clash at Foxborough with both sides at 1–1. New England have allowed over 600 passing yards through their first two games, and with Pittsburgh quarterback Aaron Rodgers sharpening his connection with top receiver DK Metcalf, expect him to score again and make it two touchdowns in as many weeks.
Sunday, September 21 – 1pm ET – Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia
The Rams and Eagles remain unbeaten, with both teams coming off strong Week 2 victories. After guiding his squad to a Super Bowl appearance last season, Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has started the year with three touchdowns in two games thanks to the controversial “tush push”, and that success is likely to continue against the Rams.
Sunday, September 21 – 1pm ET – Raymond Jones Stadium, Tampa
The Jet are missing starting quarterback Justin Fields for their trip to Tampa to face the undefeated Buccaneers, who are coming off a comeback win over the Texans. With the Bucs riding high and the Jets shorthanded under center, backing the home team against the spread is a strong play.
Sunday, September 21 – 1pm ET – Northwest Stadium, Landover
The Commanders will look to bounce back against the Raiders, who share their 1–1 record after being outplayed by the Chargers on Monday night. With Washington signal-caller Jayden Daniels listed as questionable earlier in the week, even if he suits up, he’s unlikely to be at full strength — which will keep scoring to a minimum.
Sunday, September 21 – 1pm ET – Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte
The Panthers have opened the year with back-to-back losses and now host the Falcons, who impressed against the Vikings behind Bijan Robinson’s massive 168 scrimmage-yard game. Atlanta are heavy road favorites — and deservedly so — making the Falcons against the spread the play.
Sunday, September 21 – 12pm ET – EverBank Stadium, Jacksonville
The Jags and Texans meet in a key AFC South matchup after similarly underwhelming starts to the 2025 NFL season. C.J. Stroud and the Houston offense have looked clunky early on, but with more time to build chemistry, they’ll have a strong chance to notch their first win.
Sunday, September 21 – 1:05pm PT – SoFi Stadium, Inglewood
Two stout defenses meet at SoFi Stadium when the Chargers host the Broncos in an AFC West showdown. Los Angeles are 2–0 on the strength of their defense, while Denver are traditionally tough to score on and come off a heartbreaking loss to the Colts. Expect a tight, low-scoring affair.
Sunday, September 21 – 1:05pm PT – Lumen Field, Seattle
The Seahawks rebounded from a Week 1 loss with a comfortable win over the Steelers and now host the winless Saints. Kenneth Walker returned to form in Week 2 with 118 scrimmage yards and a rushing touchdown, and he should see plenty of opportunities to find the end zone again this week.
Sunday, September 21 – 3:25pm ET – Soldier Field, Chicago
Both the Cowboys and Bears have struggled to keep opponents out of the end zone, with their four combined games producing a massive 245 total points. Chicago’s Rome Odunze posted 128 receiving yards and two touchdowns in a blowout loss to the Lions, and at +175 to score with top sportsbooks, he offers strong value.
Sunday, September 21 – 1:25pm PT – Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara
The 49ers and Cardinals mark the second showdown between undefeated teams in Week 3. With Mac Jones under center, San Francisco’s offense has maintained their hot start, while Arizona held off the Panthers at home. Expect the 49ers to stay perfect with a strong performance in their own building.
Sunday, September 21 – 8:20pm ET – MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford
After opening against the Chargers and Eagles, there’s a case the Chiefs have already faced two of the NFL’s stronger teams. Meanwhile, the Giants looked good against a shaky Cowboys defense and still lost in overtime. This is a far easier assignment for Kansas City, and a convincing win is on the cards.
Monday, September 22 – 8:15pm ET – M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore
The Ravens and Lions square off on Monday night in the week’s headline matchup, with both teams harboring Super Bowl aspirations. Lamar Jackson is an early MVP frontrunner after tossing six touchdowns in two games, including two to veteran receiver DeAndre Hopkins. As Jackson’s go-to target in the red zone, Hopkins offers excellent value at +450 to score for the third straight game.
