YES, that really happened.
The New England Patriots clinched one of the most incredible wins in NFL history on Sunday, clawing their way back from the abyss to pull off the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history.
The Patriots were trailing the Atlanta Falcons by 19 points coming into the fourth quarter, but a series of unbelievable plays left the door ajar for New England and super star quarterback Tom Brady – who delivered the unbelievable.
Brady led the Patriots to a record comeback to win his fifth Super Bowl, which arguably makes him the best quarterback of all time.
Bookmakers were quick to frame markets for Super Bowl LII and it should come as no surprise that the Patriots are the +650 favourites to go back-to-back.
It’s hard to bet against Tom Brady and the Patriots, but teams rarely win consecutive Super Bowls, so bettors should look towards the other options.
The Falcons will be feeling down in the dumps after losing what felt like an unassailable lead at three-quarter time, but they will come back strong later this year and the +1400 at 5dimes is worth dipping into.
Also well-favored in the market are the Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and the Pittsburgh Steelers. All three teams have quarterbacks which can lead them to the promise land, but there’s one team which should continue to improve.
The Dallas Cowboys are currently +1400 and after a good season with Dak Prescott at the helm, the confidence in the camp will be sky high.

We’re expecting money to come for the Chiefs and the Raiders. Both teams have good rosters moving forward and both teams made the playoffs this season.
It’s hard to see any team further down the list winning, but the beauty of futures betting is that you can trade off your big odds selection later in the year.
The sweetest victory to date for Kraft
Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been through thick and thin over the past few years with the Patriots, in particular surrounding Tom Brady and the Deflategate, but he described winning Super Bowl LI as the sweetest of all.
“Two years ago, we won our fourth Super Bowl down in Arizona, and I told our fans that was the sweetest one of all,” Kraft said.
“But a lot has transpired during the last two years, and I don’t think that needs any explanation, but I want to say to our fans, our brilliant coaching staff, our amazing players who were so spectacular: this is unequivocally the sweetest.
“I’m proud to say for the fifth time, we are all Patriots, but tonight, for the fifth time, the Patriots are world champions.”
Tom Brady was named Super Bowl MVP for the fourth time (Matt Ryan won the regular season MVP) and he credited his teammates collectively.
“We all brought each other back,” Brady said.
“We never felt out of it. It was a tough battle.
“They (Falcons) have a great team. I give them a lot of credit. We just made a few more plays than them.”
“We played our tails off to get to this point in the season.
“To get down 28-3, it was just a lot of mental toughness by our team and we’re all going to remember this for the rest of our lives.”
Many critics have been asking Brady if he’s ready to retire, but we believe he’s still got at least five more years to continue giving loyal bettors some extra spending money.
“He’s the best ever,” said Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
“There’s no flinch in Tom.”
