Considering how comfortable both of these clubs will be playing in a tight, low-scoring game, we like Arminia and Wolfsburg to stay UNDER the posted total of 2.5 goals, with likely outcomes in the 1-0, 2-0, and 1-1 range.

Hoffenheim vs RB Leipzig

RB Leipzig (5-3-3) improved to 4-3-0 over its last seven games with a 2-1 victory at home over Borussia Dortmund on November 6. Leipzig will now try to carry the momentum of this win into its first road win of the season facing Hoffenheim his Saturday. The club is 4-0-0 in its last four games at home but is winless with an 0-3-2 record in five matches on the road.

Hoffenheim (4-2-5) meanwhile is 3-0-0 in its last three home games and 0-1-4 in its last five road matchups. Will these home and road trends continue, or will RB Leipzig finally break through with a road victory? We like Leipzig’s chances; the win over Dortmund feel like it could be a turning point on the season, and following it with a road win could set RB Leipzig up to go on a run to continue its climb up the standings.

SC Freiburg vs Eintracht Frankfurt

SC Freiburg (6-4-1) has been the gift that keeps on giving through the early weeks of this Bundesliga schedule. Freiburg lost for the first time this season last weekend against Bayern Munich, but its elite defense held the high-powered defending champions to just two goals, easily covering the spread as 2.5-goal underdogs in the 2-1 loss. This third-place squad still isn’t getting priced like a top-tier team getting +105 at home against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Eintracht (2-6-3) has had an odd season with a win over Bayern Munich and a draw against RB Leipzig as highlights in an otherwise fairly underwhelming season. The UNDER on the goal line could be a strong play here given the defensive nature of these two teams, but we’ll take the higher payout potential by simply betting on the superior home team to win outright.
