Aston Villa strikes deal with William Hill in major boost

William Hill, a leading sport betting brand, has become Aston Villa Football Club’s official in-stadium betting partner.

The partnership is set to continue for the next two seasons and is expected to boost matchday experiences for Aston Villa FC fans.

William Hill anticipates offering dedicated betting facilities at Villa Park stadium. The agreement will see fans enjoy exclusive offers, promotions, club merchandise, and access to match tickets.

In his remarks, William Hill Director of Media and UK Creative Liam Mckee said they are thrilled to team up with Aston Villa FC and deliver their unrivalled retail betting experience. Liam Mckee also said they are delighted to offer exciting opportunities to Villa Supporters.

Nicola Ibbetson, Aston Villa CCO, was also pleased to welcome William Hill as the football club’s new in-stadium partner.

Aston Villa FC has partnered with betting companies before.

In the past, the club has signed agreements with Kaiyun Sports as the club’s official sleeve sponsor. Duelbits, an online bookie, is currently the official partner of Aston Villa FC in the European region.

At the moment, it is unknown whether any UK gambling laws changes will affect Aston Villa’s ability to maintain these agreements.

At the start of 2022, English Premier League clubs began to move towards letting go of gambling sponsorship.
