Caesars planning upgrades at Las Vegas, Washington DC venues

Caesars Las Vegas news

Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is set to open a new restaurant this winter.

The expansion comes on the heels of a new partnership between Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality. The new venue, called Stanton Social Prime, will be run by celebrity chef Chris Santos.

Tao Group Co-CEO Jason Strauss could not hold in his joy about the new partnership with Caesars Palace.

“We are thrilled to build on our existing relationship with Caesars Entertainment while delivering another Tao Hospitality Group dining destination from Chef Chris Santos to Las Vegas,” he said.

Sean McBurney, Regional President of Caesars Entertainment, welcomed the new addition to the company’s “culinary empire at Caesars Palace”.

“Chef Chris Santos continues to redefine the dining scene with his creative cuisine and innovative dishes,” he said.

“We are eager to continue our partnership with Tao Group Hospitality and welcome Stanton Social Prime to our culinary empire at Caesars Palace.”

In another development, Caesar has also announced plans to expand its sportsbook facilities in Washington DC.

Caesars announced that it will expand Monumental Sports & Entertainment’s Capital One Arena to accommodate more people and betting facilities, including an extra 13 self-service kiosks.

The operator further hinted that it will construct a new entrance to the sportsbook, while the 18,000-square-foot facility will be expanded by an extra 700 square feet. The revamp will also include new dining options.
