Caesars Entertainment has announced the launch of its new and improved sportsbook app in Washington DC which would be replacing the Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill app. The app includes tons of benefits for bettors and remains on the Liberty platform used by the phased-out app.
According to the announcement, bettors in Washington will have access to faster payouts, various means to wager, a more intuitive interface and thousands of additional markets. In addition, same-game parlays, cashout functionality, live scoreboards, and expanded in-play betting options will be available.
The app will also be integrated with the Caesars Rewards customer loyalty program that offers bettors tier and reward credits. These reward credits can be redeemed to get opportunities such as discounted trips to Caesars locations, including Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas strip, world-class dining experiences and other exclusive deals.
The new app is a way for the company to consolidate its brand image in one place. The operator expects customers to migrate fully by the end of the year while assuring them of enhanced service.
Caesars Co-President of Digital Chris Holdren commented: “DC remains a special market for us following the historic opening of Caesars Sportsbook at Capital One Arena in 2021.
“This is an important step as we continue to expand our offering for sports fans. We’re ready to capitalize on our momentum with our great district partners as the sports calendar ramps up.”
