Greece vs Czech Republic FIBA World Cup Basketball Betting

• Greece (-10) vs. Czech Republic O/U 156

Greece has a lot of work to do to advance to the quarterfinals, as they need Team USA to win and they have to beat the Czech Republic by 12 or more points. The Czechs will make the final eight if the USA win, and they either winning this game, or lose by 11 or fewer points.

Greece lost to Team USA in their last game 69-53 where they played good but failed to shoot over 32% from the floor. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 15 points on a good shooting game, but the other starters struggled and have to get back on track in this game.

The Czech Republic crushed Brazil in their last game winning 93-71 where they played well on both sides of the floor and shot a scorching 56.2% from the field. Tomas Satoransky had 20 points and Ondrej Balvín had a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

The Greeks will come out firing knowing they have to win by 12 or more points, but that will not happen. The Czechs are playing with confidence and while they may not win they will cover the 10 point spread.

France vs Australia FIBA World Cup Basketball Betting

• France (-3.5) vs Australia O/U 163

Dangerous FIBA World Cup betting match as both France and Australia have already advanced to the quarterfinals. However, this game does still carry some payload for the winner as the victorious team will likely avoid playing Team USA in the quarterfinals.

France beat a tough Lithuania team 78-75 in their last game with Evan Fournier scoring 24 points and Nando De Colo coming off the bench to score 21 points. France played another solid game on defense in the game holding Lithuania to a FG% of 38.3%.

Australia was not impressive in their 82-76 win over the Dominican Republic in their last game where they allowed them to shoot 48.3% from the field. Patty Mills had 19 points, but Joe Ingels only had two and Mills will need scoring help in this game facing Rudy Gobert and a solid French defense.

This game will be a battle, but France will come out on top and win and cover the spread.

USA vs Brazil FIBA World Cup Basketball Betting

• USA (-18) vs. Brazil O/U 165

Team USA is almost assured a berth in the quarterfinals, as with a win they win the group and for them not to advance they need Czech Republic to beat Greece and they have to lose to Brazil by more than 22 points. Yeah; not going to happen.

USA did not have a good shooting game in their 69-53 win over Greece but held the Greeks to a FG% of only 31.8%. Kemba Walker led the team against with 15 points and Jayson Tatum is still out with an ankle injury.

Brazil was blown out in their last game losing to Czech Republic 93-71. They will come out firing knowing they have to win big against the Yanks, but that will not happen. However, they will not be blown out for a 2nd straight game and while Team USA will cruise Brazil will cover the spread.

Lithuania vs Dominican Republic FIBA World Cup Basketball Betting

• Lithuania (-18) vs. Dominican Republic O/U 155

Both of these teams have no chance to advance to the quarterfinals and that should be a big red flag looking for any potential basketball betting opportunities. Lithuania is the betting favorite in the game and they narrowly lost to France 78-75 in their last game. Dominican Republic has lost their last two games, but they put up a fight in their last game losing 82-76 against a heavily favored Australia team.

Lithuania’s talent will be too much for the Dominicans to overcome with a win, but for the second straight game Lithuania will play well enough to stay in touch and cover the spread.
