Wisconsin Badgers
Moneyline: -170 at Bovada
Betting line: -3.5 at -111.11
ATS: 2-0
In a huge Big 10 opener for both teams, the 13th-ranked Wisconsin Badgers host the 11th-ranked Michigan Wolverines in a fixture that has huge NCAAF conference implications.
To say Wisconsin have dominated their first two games would be an understatement, as they have outscored their opponents 110-0. Their defense has been great, and they have a Heisman candidate in the backfield in RB Jonathan Taylor.

Michigan have not looked great early on, which is why they are 0-2 ATS. They avoided a shocker in their last game, narrowly beating Army 24-21 in double-overtime.
Last season at Michigan the Wolverines beat a 15th-ranked Wisconsin team 38-13 where they rushed for 320 yards.
In Michigan’s OT win over Army in their last game they were sloppy with three turnovers, nine penalties, and only 2.4 yards per rush.
Wolverines QB Shea Patterson passed for 207 yards with no TD and no INT and lost two fumbles. Ronnie Bell led the team with 81 receiving yards and while Zach Charbonnet rushed for 100 yards and three TD, he only averaged three yards per carry. Michigan did not lead until the second half and they would have lost had Army hit a 50-yard field goal as time expired.
Michigan will be facing a Wisconsin defense that has only given up 215 total yards in two games.

In their last game Wisconsin had their second shutout in a row, beating Central Michigan 61-0. To say they dominated the game is putting it lightly, as the Badgers outgained CMU 599 yards to 58 yards and only gave up 15 rushing yards. Jack Coen passed for 363 yards with three TD and no INT and Quintez Cephus led the way with 130 receiving yards.
Taylor rushed for 102 yards averaging 5.4 yards per carry and had three TD. He rushed for over 100 yards in the loss to Michigan last season, but the Badgers simply could not stop the run in that game. Look for him to get a lot of action against a Michigan defense that gave up 200 rushing yards in the win over Army.

Michigan @ Wisconsin betting predictions
Michigan Wolverines +3.5 at -111.11 with Bovada
While Michigan have not looked great in their two wins, they beat a Middle Tennessee State team that made a bowl game last season and an Army side who had a 10-game winning streak. However, they have given up 21 points in each of their first two games and their defense is a concern. The Badgers are rolling with two straight blowout wins to start their season.
Michigan have failed to cover the spread in their last six games, but that will change this weekend. Unlike last season’s game between these teams, this will be a close one and while Wisconsin may get the win, Michigan will, at least, cover the spread.
