In a huge Monday night NFC matchup, the Minnesota Vikings head to the Great Northwest to take on the Seattle Seahawks in NFL Week 13.

The Vikings have won two in a row and six of their last seven games to sit tied with the Green Bay Packers atop the NFC North. They lost to the Packers in Week 2 and face them at home in the second-last game of the season. Minnesota are coming off a bye following their 27-23 comeback win over the Denver Broncos.

The Seahawks have won four in a row and in that span handed the San Francisco 49ers their first loss. Seattle trail the 49ers by a single game in the NFC West and face them at home in their season finale, while San Fran play a red-hot Baltimore Ravens team on the road this Sunday.

Although Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson is the front-runner for the MVP, Seattle’s Russell Wilson is not far behind. The Seahawks QB has passed for nearly 3,000 yards this season with 24 TD and only three interceptions.

These teams met last season in Seattle, where the Seahawks beat the Vikings 21-7. The Seahawks covered in that game and are 4-1 ATS in their last five games facing the Vikings.

In their win over the Broncos in their last game the Vikings overcame a 20-point deficit to snatch the win. Minnesota outscored Denver 20-0 in the fourth quarter and while they have played good defense on the season, they gave up 394 yards to a Broncos team that only ranks 27th in the league in total offense.

Kirk Cousins passed for 319 yards in that game with three touchdowns and no interceptions. He has really quieted his early-season critics, putting up a great season with 21 touchdowns and only three picks. Cousins has eight scores and no interceptions in his last three games.

Minnesota rank fourth in the league in rushing offense led by Dalvin Cook, who ranks third in the league in rushing yards. He also ranks second on the Vikings in receiving yards but is coming off his worst rushing game of the season against Denver, where he only ran for 26 yards at a weak 2.4 yards per carry.

The Seahawks are coming off a 17-9 win over the Philadelphia Eagles in their last game where they only had four more total yards (348-344) but rushed for 174 yards and forced five turnovers while committing two. Seattle’s best pass rusher in Jadeveon Clowney missed that game with a hip injury and is a question mark for Monday’s clash.

Wilson passed for 200 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the win over the Eagles. After two games with seven scores and no picks, he has one of each in each of his last two games.

Chris Carson has the eighth-most rushing yards in the league and, like Cook, had his worst run game in the win over Philly with only 26 yards after rushing for 194 yards in his previous two games.

While the Seattle defense only gave up nine points to Philly, the Seahawks only rank 29th in the league against the pass and 10th against the run. Minnesota rank sixth in run defense but only 20th in pass defense.

Both of Seattle’s losses this season have come at home and all three of the Vikings’ losses have been on the road.
