Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Toronto Raptors

Tuesday May 1, 8:00 PM EST at Air Canada Centre Toronto, ON

King James went for 45 points in the 105-101 Game 7 win over the Pacers and four other players for the squad went for double figures. They will be tested by the Raptors, who took out the Washington Wizards in six games in the first round of the playoffs and have one of the best backcourt dues in the league in DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry.

The Cavaliers beat the Raptors in two of three games in the regular season with the home team winning each game.

Kevin Love has struggled in the playoffs and while going for 14 points in the Game 7 win over the Pacers he was only 5/13 from the floor. Not only will his offense be needed in this series, but his defense as well. He and the other Cavs big men have to man up on Toronto C Jonas Valanciunas, who had a double-double in the last two games of the series with the Wizards.

The Cavs won one game on the road in the series with the Pacers, but they will match that in this game. James will carry them and unlike the last series with Indy Cleveland will win Game 1.

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Golden State Warriors

Tuesday April 24, 10:30 PM EST at ORACLE Arena Oakland, CA

After sweeping the Portland Trailblazers in the first round of the playoffs the Pelicans fell back to earth in Game 1 of the West semis falling to the Warriors 123-101. They were dominated in the 2nd quarter being outscored by 20 points and for the game they shot 43.8% from the floor and they allowed Golden State to shoot 48.4%.

Even without Steph Curry the Warriors easily won Game 1 and they were led by Kevin Durant and Klay Thomson, who combined for 53 points.

Anthony Davis had a double-double in Game 1 with 21 points and 10 rebounds, but Jrue Holiday did not give much help. After going for 41 points in the previous game in Game 1 he only had 11 points on 4/14 shooting and he has to bounce back for the Pelicans to have any chance.

Still no Curry, but still no problem for the Warriors, as they will win Game 2, as they have no answer for the high scoring offense of Golden State.
