NFL football week 9 parlay betting – free spread tips & specials
Week 9 is upon us and the trade deadline has come and gone and the Rams are the last undefeated team in the 2018 NFL season.
Most of the divisions are still up for grabs with a lot of football to play and with all the bets available punters should jump on them to get the best odds and the best payouts.
Speaking of best payouts, let’s check out a great that is with this three-game parlay wager with odds from 888 Sportsbook.
First, take a look at our in-depth analysis of these big NFL games:
NFL Week 9 betting tips:
All games in parlay are on Sunday, November 3.
Pittsburgh Steelers to cover +3 at -111.11
Kansas City Chiefs to cover -9 at -111.11
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers Over 54.5 at -111.11
Combined parlay total at +470 with 888 Sportsbook
Leg 1 – Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens
The Steelers have won three in a row and with the Ravens losing two straight Pittsburgh is all alone atop the AFC North. Baltimore still ranks first in the NFL in overall defense, but they have given up 60 points in their last two games and gave up 36 in their last one. Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh may be on the hot season with the Ravens missing the playoffs in the last few seasons and this win would be a big one.
James Connor has rushed for over 100 yards in his last three games for the Steelers and he ranks 3rd in the NFL in rushing yards. He is coming off a big game with 146 rushing yards and 66 receiving yards.
Joe Flacco has had a solid season for the Ravens, but was picked twice and had a touchdown in the last Ravens’ game, which was a 36-21 loss to the Carolina Panthers. He has not got much help from the run game and Baltimore needs to get back to playing good defense for them to challenge for the AFC North title.
Tip: Pittsburgh Steelers to cover (+3) at -111.11 with Bovada
Leg 2 – Kansas City Chiefs vs. Cleveland Browns
The Chiefs are rolling with seven wins and they are atop the AFC West, but the L.A. Chargers are right behind them in the division race. KC is loaded on offense with Patrick Mahomes being a mid-season MVP candidate and he has no lack of weapons at his disposal. They have scored 75 points in their last two games and face a Browns team that has lost three in a row.
The Browns cleaned house last week firing their head coach and their offensive coordinator. Baker Mayfield has shown signs of being a legit quarterback, but the offense has only scored more than 18 points in one of their last five games.
The road team has covered the spread in four of the last five games between these teams and look for that trend to continue.
Tip: Kansas City Chiefs to cover (-9) at -111.11 with Bovada
Leg 3 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers
The Bucs made a quarterback change this last week inserting Ryan Fitzpatrick as a starter after the struggles of former #1 overall pick Jameis Winston, who was a turnover machine in his starts this season. Even with the turmoil of the Bucs they do have the top-ranked offense, but also have the league’s worst defense.
The Panthers have won two in a row facing the good teams of the Eagles and the Ravens. They have allowed 57 points in their last two games, but Cam Newton has played well this season and the run game, which ranks 2nd in the league in rushing yards per game, is getting it done.
While the total has gone Under in the last four games between these NFC South rivals that trend will not continue. Tampa Bay will put up the points, but so will the Panthers, which is why the Over is the smart money pick in this division encounter.
Tip: Over 54.5 points at -111.11 with Bovada
