NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year betting picks & best odds

The NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year is traditionally a wide-open race and this year is no different. Over the past nine years, three quarterbacks, three running backs, and three wide receivers have taken home the award. Here are our top OROTY betting picks for the upcoming NFL season.

Bijan Robinson

Bijan Robinson is the favorite to win the award and it’s because he has a clear path to getting a ton of work. The Atlanta Falcons took the running back from Texas eighth overall in the 2023 NFL draft, which is the highest RB selection since the Giants took Saquon Barkley second overall in the 2018 draft. The Falcons had the third-most rushing yards as a team last year, and now Robinson will get most of that work. With a young quarterback starting his first season, this offense should revolve around Robinson.

Jordan Addison

Jordan Addison was a first-round pick to the Minnesota Vikings and he is stepping into the best situation imaginable. The Vikings were third in passing attempts last season and their porous defense means that the offense has to throw – a lot. While Addison will be the number two option behind one of the best receivers in the NFL, the attention given to Justin Jefferson will benefit Addison as he will almost never be the focal point of the defensive gameplan. If Addison can stay healthy, he will put up great numbers on a good offense.

Zay Flowers

Zay Flowers was a first-round pick to the Baltimore Ravens and should immediately compete to be Lamar Jackson’s top receiving option. If he can win out, and be on the field for every snap, Flowers could have a huge season. The Ravens have a new offensive coordinator who most recently coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. When he was in Tampa, they passed more than any other team in the NFL. In Baltimore, we expect his philosophy to live on and Flowers, amongst the other Ravens options, could be the biggest beneficiary.

Rashee Rice

While Rashee Rice wasn’t a first-round pick, he could be the number one receiver on a Patrick Mahomes-led offense at the Kansas City Chiefs. This guy isn’t as talented as the others, but Mahomes is the best player in the NFL and will make Rice’s job easier than just about any other rookie receiver. It could take Rice a little bit to get ingratiated into this offense, but when he does, he could put up huge numbers towards the end of the season – and that will be on the top of voters’ minds.
