The NFL’s Week 9 slate is upon us, and this Sunday is packed with awesome games. The Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Miami Dolphins, the Philadelphia Eagles have a divisional game against the Dallas Cowboys, and the Buffalo Bills will close out the weekend with a Sunday Night Football game against the Cincinnati Bengals. All of those teams should be in the playoffs, and we have NFL betting picks for those games and more.
Miami Dolphins @ Kansas City Chiefs
While this game will be played in Germany, which could provide some sloppy play, it’s still a match between two 6-2 teams who lead their divisions. Although Kansas City are coming off a bad loss to the Denver Broncos, they are still an elite team, and Miami have struggled against elite teams. The Dolphins were outscored by a combined 42 points in their two games against the Eagles and the Bills, and the Chiefs should be good enough to dispatch them in Frankfurt.
Kansas City Chiefs to win
Chicago Bears @ New Orleans Saints
Barring last week’s blowout loss to the LA Chargers, the Chicago Bears have been able to keep games close recently. While the New Orleans Saints are a far better team, they do not have the offensive firepower to completely steamroll the Bears. This game should be closer than the eight-point line suggests, so we will take the heavy underdogs.
Chicago Bears +8
Los Angeles Rams @ Green Bay Packers
Cooper Kupp has struggled in his last two weeks, but the LA Rams’ star receiver is primed to bounce back against the Packers. Green Bay have a middle-of-the-road defense and have issues covering the center of the field, and that’s primarily where Kupp likes to operate. He has only scored one touchdown this season but has been an end-zone target in each of his four games when fit, and we expect him to grab a TD in this contest.
Cooper Kupp anytime touchdown
Washington Commanders @ New England Patriots
The Patriots were having a horrible season but then miraculously beat the Bills two weeks ago and revived their campaign. While this New England team is flawed, the Pats have a strong defense that should be able to wreak havoc against a Washington offense that has been sacked more than any other squad. New England will control this game defensively and give their offense short fields to operate in. Take the Pats against the spread in this battle of mediocrity.
New England Patriots -3
Seattle Seahawks @ Baltimore Ravens
Zach Charbonnet, the rookie running back for the Seahawks, is finally getting involved in this offense and he is primed for a big game. Charbonnet flashed last weekend, averaging over 10 yards per carry, and it will be hard to justify keeping him off the field for this matchup. While the rookie is yet to score, he will be trusted in this game, and his odds of +375 with Bovada represent great value.
Zach Charbonnet anytime touchdown
Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia’s A.J. Brown is having one of the best receiving seasons of all time, and he should keep that up against the Cowboys. Dallas have a good defense but have been ravaged by injuries to their secondary, and Brown is in line to take full advantage of that. The massive receiver has caught five touchdowns in his last five games, and these anytime TD odds are far too long for someone with his talent.
A.J. Brown anytime goalscorer
Buffalo Bills @ Cincinnati Bengals
These teams are both Super Bowl contenders, and although they have three losses apiece, there is no doubting the talent on each sideline. But while the Cincinnati Bengals have won three straight games and are playing great, their 1-3 start still looms over them. Simply put, we trust the Bills to perform more than Cincy, and considering they are the underdogs, Buffalo against the spread is a very appealing bet.
Buffalo Bills +2
