NFL Thanksgiving Thursday parlay odds and betting predictions

It is Thanksgiving Thursday in America, so let’s give thanks with an NFL parlay bet for the three games on the schedule.

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions

The Chicago Bears have won two of their last three games and the first game in that span was a 20-13 home win over the Lions. Detroit have lost four in a row and in their last game they lost to a Washington Redskins team that came into the fixture with only one win.

The Bears’ defense has been solid on the season, but their offense has not. They rank 28th in the NFL in points per game, Mitchell Trubisky ranks 31st in the league in QBR, and leading rusher David Montgomery has rushed for only 53 yards in his last two games.

The Lions have played their last three games with backup QB Jeff Driskel and starter Matthew Stafford is out for this game. Driskel had three interceptions in the loss to the Redskins and Detroit had four turnovers in the game.

Trubisky tied a season-high three touchdowns in the win over the Lions a few weeks back and he faces a Detroit pass defense that ranks third to last in the NFL. The Bears are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games against the Lions.

Chicago will win this game behind their defense and stay in the playoff race.

Buffalo Bills at Dallas Cowboys

The Buffalo Bills have won two of their last three games and while they have won eight games this season, seven of those came against teams that currently have a losing record. On the other side of the coin, the Cowboys have lost two of three games and only one of their five losses came against a team with a losing record.

The Cowboys lost to the New England Patriots 13-9 in their last game. Dak Prescott passed for 212 yards with no touchdowns and a pick, while in his previous two games he passed for at least 397 yards in each.

Buffalo are led by a defense that is only giving up an average of 15.7 ppg. In their last game they beat the Denver Broncos 20-3 where they had 424 yards and held Denver to only 134 yards.

The Bills are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games facing the Cowboys. However, on Thanksgiving at home, Dallas will play well on both sides of the ball to win handily and cover the spread.

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons

The New Orleans Saints have won two in a row and eight of their last nine games, with the only loss in that span coming against the Atlanta Falcons. They are running away with the NFC South and would love a little revenge in this game after losing to Atlanta a few weeks back.

The Falcons had won two in a row before a 35-22 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their last game. They gave up 446 yards in the game, while Matt Ryan did not have any touchdowns and threw a pick.

The Saints are gunning to get the top seed in the NFC. In the conference standings they are one game back of the San Francisco 49ers, who they face after this game.

The New Orleans defense has not been great in the last few games, but Drew Brees leads an offense that has scored 34 points in each of the Saints’ last two games.

While the total went Under in the first game between these NFC South rivals this season and that has been the pick in four of their last five meetings, that trend will not continue. Atlanta have nothing to lose and they will air it out early and often. Because of that, the total for this division game will go Over.
