The NFL is back with a crucial Week 15 slate, and for many teams it’s do-or-die time. The playoff picture is almost set, so this week is huge for the teams on the bubble. We have three games on tap this Saturday, and these are our betting picks for those matchups.
This should be a high-scoring game due both defenses’ ineptitude. The 10-3 Minnesota Vikings will host the 4-8-1 Indianapolis Colts, and while the Vikings are a good team, they have struggled in recent weeks. Minnesota have been winning on the back of their offensive prowess, and that should be the case in this game. The Colts have a lackluster defense and the Vikings should be able to move the ball up the field with ease — and that means Justin Jefferson will be heavily involved. Jefferson is the league leader in receiving yards and has seven touchdowns this season. He should add to that tally here as he continues to stake his claim as the best receiver in the NFL.
While the Ravens are better than the Cleveland Browns, they have had terrible injury luck and will be undermanned in this game. Baltimore are expected to start third-string quarterback Anthony Brown, and the rookie simply isn’t ready to start NFL games. The Browns have a terrible defense, but against Brown they should be able to slow down the Ravens’ offense. In turn, the Ravens’ defense will be on the field a lot and the Browns have enough offensive firepower to move the ball. While the Browns’ offense has struggled in recent weeks with the return of QB Deshaun Watson, he should look better in this contest and lead Cleveland to a huge win over their divisional rivals.
The Ravens have an awesome defense, but in this game Nick Chubb should cook. The Browns running back has established himself as one of the best in the game and he is consistently the most dangerous player on the field. Chubb has 12 touchdowns this season, and although he hasn’t scored in his last two games, he is still getting a lot of opportunities. Chubb frequently receives 20-plus touches in each game and it should be no different in this spot. Take Chubb to score at +115 with Nags.bet and watch him continue his stellar season.
This is going to be an awesome divisional game. The 10-3 Buffalo Bills will host the 8-5 Miami Dolphins, and while the Bills should win, the Miami disrespect has gone too far. The Dolphins have already beat this Bills team, and while they were at home in that contest, they shouldn’t be underdogs in this one. Miami’s passing attack at its best is truly unstoppable, and the Bills’ once-solid defense has really struggled in recent weeks. While we think the Bills will win this game, their defense cannot be trusted and Miami should play within the number for the majority of this game.
Simply put, these odds are too high. Tyreek Hill is a one-of-one offensive weapon for the Dolphins and his speed makes him borderline unstoppable. While he only has seven touchdowns this season, he averages almost eight catches a game and is capable of scoring on any play. Against a struggling Bills secondary, Hill should be open throughout this game. At +180 to score at any time, this is a great bet in what should be a high-scoring game.
Josh Allen is the superstar quarterback for the Bills, and recently he has been using his legs more. Allen has four rushing touchdowns in his past six games and his pure athleticism is truly unguardable near the endzone. Allen should once again rely on his legs in this game, and the Dolphins have had a tough time stopping the run. The Bills QB will be fully on display in this contest and we expect him to score. At +165, this is a great touchdown bet for a guy who is embedded in the MVP conversation.
