An action packet weekend of mouthwatering football lays ahead yet again with Match Week 3 of the 2018/2019 English Premier League season.
The slope of the League table has already begun to align itself, with teams earning their rightful ranking going by results amassed in the opening weeks.
Match Week 3 will see champions Manchester City travel to Wolverhampton for an early Saturday kick off while Liverpool will be home against Brighton and Hove Albion later in the day. The ultimate showdown of the weekend will nonetheless culminate with a bout between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night.

Unai Emery’s side however made a telling contribution even in defeat, often working tirelessly against top drawer opponents despite being a work in progress. This weekend could however see the Gunners churn out their first win of the season, as they line up against a West Ham side that looks doomed to be involved in another relegation catfight.

This could be Jurgen Klopp’s make or break season at Liverpool, especially going by the huge investments made in signings over the last calendar year.
They may have been overlooked in previous bids for the Premier League title, despite playing some of the most brilliant attacking football in England and by extension Europe, but their expensively assembled blend of experience and burgeoning talent should surely reap dividends this season.
Their title charge, which gained credibility with wins over West Ham and Crystal Palace, as such sees them play host to Brighton and Hove Albion this weekend.
The Seagulls may have pulled off a shocking 3-2 win over Manchester United to earn their first win of the season, but it will be business as usual for the Reds at Anfield.

Supremacy battles are poised to take prominence when Tottenham Hotspur steps up against Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.
The Red devils are seemingly going through a rough patch having undergone an embattled English summer behind the scenes; one that has undermined their candidature for the title given the trepid performances on the pitch.
Spurs have conversely won their first two matches and will grittily bring the fight to United. One however wouldn’t expect Jose Mourinho to turn the other cheek, especially in front of the home crowd.
