Warriors hottest NBA title favourites since Jordan’s Bulls

Curry

Curry
THE Golden State Warriors juggernaut just keeps on keeping on.

Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and their savage offensive crew have shortened in to almost unbackable -110 at Bovada.lv favourites to win the NBA title in 2017.

The Warriors arsenal has been absolutely slaughtering teams

But they have some competition from the rapidly shortening LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers, who are a far more plausible +275.

While those two teams are the stand outs, There are two men out west who are making the league take notice.

Whether or not they are title chances is another matter, but there is a strong case to say that the remarkable Russell Westbrook and the supremely talented James Harden might be the two men battling out for the NBA’s Most Valuable Player Award.

Both teams currently sit in the playoff picture at this early stage, with Westbrook’s Oklahoma City Thunder, who are sixth, rated a +5000 chance, while Harden’s Houston Rockets – two spots higher than the Thunder – are on the next line of betting at +6600.

Westbrook, after today’s performance against the New York Knicks, is unbelievably averaging a triple-double on the season, with nightly efforts of 32.7ppg, 11rpg and 12.5apg.

That sort of thing hasn’t been seen since the days of The Big O, Oscar Robertson, who averaged a triple double across a full season – back in 1961-62.

Harden, too, has been creaming teams with 28.9ppg, 12.2apg and 7.5rpg.

Enjoy the stats, but don’t take your eye off the top two if you’re punting.

Can any one stop Brady’s Patriots?

We’re getting closer and closer to a New England Patriots vs. Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl.

There’s no doubt star quarterback Tom Brady and the New England Patriots are the stand out performers of this season.

They are a deserved +225 favourite to be the last team standing at Super Bowl 51.

But the Dallas Cowboys have been irresistable.

Rated +400 second favourites, the Cowboys have handed Tony Romo’s starting quarterback job to rookie Dak Prescott and his stellar play, along with a bruising defensive line, have them right in the running.

There has not been a much noise about the Seattle Seahawks, but they still well in the money as the only other team under +1000, rated a +750 chance.
