Pinnacle delivers big with brace of 2018 World Cup competitions

RENOWNED online bookmaker Pinnacle has lined up two big competitions to celebrate the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Pinnacle customers will have the chance to hit a massive €20,000 jackpot prize in the ‘Shoot-Out’. Punters can also win up to €10,000 if they can answer the ‘Golden Goal’ question.

The promotion rewards predictive skill with 10 Yes-or-No World Cup-related questions. Anyone who answers all 10 correctly has the chance to win €20,000. In order to win the €10,000, customers need to predict the total goals, total corners and total bookings in the 2018 World Cup.

In addition to the competitions, ‘The Pinnacle World Cup’ will be held on Pinnacle’s Twitter feed. A series of Twitter Polls and stats from the history of the World Cup will be used to determine the best team in World Cup history. Pinnacle has posted the exercise as an outright betting market and Brazil’s team from 1970 is the early favourite at $4.00.

Pinnacle CEO, Paris Smith, said the competitions provide an example of what makes the bookmaker different to the competition.

The €20,000 Shoot-Out competition is open until June 6, while The Pinnacle World Cup will run until June 13.
