With 16 Major League Baseball (MLB) games scheduled for Saturday, June 11, every team is in action, with Colorado and San Diego playing two. There are six American League games, six National League games, and three interleague games scheduled. Here are the best bets on the games featuring American League teams scheduled for Saturday starting at 2:10 p.m. Eastern. All lines provided by Bovada.

Miami Marlins @ Houston Astros

Braxton Garrett’s first start this season for Miami did not go well. He allowed five hits and four runs in 3.1 innings pitched. Last year he had eight appearances for the Marlins, logging a 5.03 ERA and 1.82 WHIP, which are pretty close to his career numbers in the bigs. Houston hitters are completely unfamiliar with him, but that isn’t going to stop one of the best offenses in baseball.

Framber Valdez has been yet another rock for the Astros., with a 6-2 record, 2.61 ERA, and 1.13 WHIP. Only two Marlins have at-bats against Valdez, with the man who loves to “prove chubby people can run, too,” Willians Astudillo, going two-for-five with a homer off Valdez. He recently scored the winning run for the Marlins in the tenth inning on Wednesday and pitched a scoreless inning last Friday. The man they call La Tortuga won’t be enough to stop the Astros, though.

Texas Rangers @ Chicago White Sox

Rangers’ starter Martin Perez has been fantastic thus far this season, with a 4-2 record, the best ERA in MLB (1.56), and a 0.98 WHIP. The White Sox have hit him hard, however. Chicago batters are 21-for-63 with six extra-base hits and a .965 OPS against Perez. This isn’t the same Perez, but you can expect a few White Sox to be comfortable in the batter’s box regardless.

Yoan Moncada is four-of-seven with a double and a homer against Perez and is really struggling to find it this season. Seeing a familiar face he’s made sad in the past might be worth placing a player prop bet on him to collect multiple total bases. Or you could look to Leury Garcia, who’s also struggling, but who isn’t struggling in Chicago? Garcia is five-for-13 with a double against Perez. Oh, someone who isn’t struggling in Chicago or against Perez: Luis Robert. He’s got a .728 OPS on the season and is two-for-two with a double against Perez.

Texas batters have really struggled with Lucas Giolito, going seven-of-44 with five doubles against Chicago’s best. That’s just a .389 OPS and .119 batting average against. Toronto Blue Jays @ Detroit Tigers

Kevin Gausman has been quite good for Toronto, striking out 73 batters, which is tied for 12th overall. His 2.78 ERA is 20th in MLB, and his 1.16 WHIP is 31st. Three Tigers have taken Gausman yard, accounting for most of the Detroit damage done against him. Tucker Barnhart has had the most success, going three-for-nine with two doubles and a dinger. You might want to place a player prop bet on him to collect multiple total bases in this one.

Beau Brieske hasn’t been bad for Detroit, recording a 1.29 WHIP despite having an 0-5 record. He just doesn’t miss enough bats, striking out just 29 batters in 42 innings pitched. Most of his struggles come against righthanders, who have enjoyed a .957 OPS against him. Expect George Springer, Vladimir Guerrero, Jr., and Bo Bichette to feast on Brieske.
