In their last game the Mavericks were at home and lost to the LA Clippers 110-107. In their previous game they were also at home and beat the Trail Blazers 120-112.

The Trail Blazers beat the Golden State Warriors 129-124 in overtime in their last game where Damian Lillard went off for 61 points.

The Mavericks are fifth in the Western Conference, while the Blazers are two games out of the eighth spot.

Luka Doncic went for 36 points with 10 rebounds and nine assists, but no other Mavs player had more than 13 points.
