Every Major League Baseball (MLB) team is in action on Sunday, with 15 games scheduled for June 12. There are six American League games, six National League games, and three interleague games scheduled. Here are the best bets on the games featuring American League teams scheduled for Saturday starting at 11:35 a.m. Eastern. All lines provided by Bovada.

Miami Marlins @ Houston Astros

Many of the Marlins are unfamiliar with Justin Verlander, which doesn’t bode well for them. Being familiar hasn’t exactly paid off for the four Marlins with plate appearances against Verlander, though. Those four Marlins are nine-of-42 with two doubles and a .304 OPS against Verlander, with Avisail Garcia collecting the most at-bats during his time in a White Sox uniform. He’s eight-for-34 with both of those doubles.

Edward Cabrera has been strong in his first two starts of the season for Miami. He’s 2-0 with a 0.75 ERA and 0.75 WHIP in 12 innings pitched. Houston is unfamiliar with him, so this could be a close contest through the first five innings. Houston has the best bullpen in baseball, though, with a 2.76 ERA after the sixth inning. Expect Houston’s relievers to be the difference against the 15th-best bullpen in the Marlins.

Texas Rangers @ Chicago White Sox

Michael Kopech has been great for Chicago, posting a 1.94 ERA and 0.94 WHIP. His 2-2 record is indicative of Chicago’s offensive struggles. The White Sox are the fourth-worst team in MLB when it comes to OPS (.661). But Texas has only been marginally better. Their .676 OPS is eighth-worst in MLB.

Jon Gray will go for the Rangers, and he’s 1-3 with a 5.28 ERA and 1.30 WHIP. A few White Sox batters will enjoy seeing Gray. AJ Pollock is nine-for-24 with five doubles and a .997 OPS against Gray. Place a player parlay bet on Pollock to collect multiple total bases on Sunday. Josh Harrison also has two hits in two at-bats against Gray.

Toronto Blue Jays @ Detroit Tigers

Ross Stripling has been adequate for Toronto, with a 2-1 record, 3.65 ERA and 1.14 WHIP. He’s struggled a bit on the road, with that ERA a run higher away from home. A few Detroit batters have even had his number. Javier Baez is six-for-seven with three doubles and a home run against Stripling. You might want to bet on Baez to collect three total bases on Sunday. Austin Meadows also has a dinger off Stripling along with another hit in nine at-bats.

Tarik Skubal has been sensational for Detroit, going 5-2 with a 2.33 ERA and 0.94 WHIP, which is tied for seventh best in MLB. Only Matt Chapman is familiar with Skubal, with a homer in five at-bats. Skubal has been good for roughly six innings per start, with 65.2 innings pitched in 11 games. Take the underdog Tigers in the first five innings and don’t count them out in the game. Detroit has the second-best bullpen in baseball, with a 2.83 ERA after the sixth inning. Take Detroit on the moneyline, and parlay the Tigers with the White Sox and Astros for +441 odds.
