Calgary has won four of five, and Arizona has lost three straight on the road. The Flames have won both games these two have played against each other, 4-2. Calgary will also be considerably healthier than Arizona on Saturday, which has affected the Coyotes offense lately.

Arizona has averaged just 1.6 goals scored per game over their last 10 games, going 2-7-1 over that stretch. The Flames are scoring 3.7 goals per game in a 6-3-1 stretch.

Winnipeg Jets +200 @ Tampa Bay Lightning -250

Tampa Bay gets to host the Jets, who are playing their second game in as many days. The Lightning are 23-7-6 at home, and are coming out of a funk, winning two of three. They’re two points behind Toronto in the Atlantic Division.

Winnipeg is 16-13-8 on the road and winners of two straight, albeit at Montreal and Ottawa. They’d lost three straight prior to that.

The Lightning are better offensively and defensively and kill penalties despite taking a bunch of them (773 penalty minutes this season).

Take Tampa on the moneyline and to win by two or more.

Parlaying Tampa Bay with Calgary on the moneyline pays -147.06, and doing so against the spread pays +228.

Detroit Red Wings +320 @ New York Rangers -416.67

The Rangers are coming off yet another shutout and have won four of five. The Red Wings are coming off a shutout of their own at Carolina. The Red Wings have been pretty average over their last 10 games, going 3-4-3 with 2.7 goals scored and 3.6 goals allowed per game.

The Rangers have been quite good, going 7-2-1, averaging 3.3 goals scored and 2.1 goals allowed per game.

The Rangers have the obvious advantage in goal, even with Igor Shesterkin coming off a 4-2 loss to Carolina. Shesterkin stopped 31 of 33 shots in an overtime loss against Detroit earlier in the year, and both of the first two games between these teams were decided by one goal, with each team winning on the road.

The Rangers not only have the defensive advantage. They’re better on special teams, too. They also need this game to keep pace with Carolina in the Metropolitan Division.

Expect New York to ride the home crowd to a win. Take the Rangers on the moneyline and parlay them with Calgary and Tampa Bay for +107 odds.
