Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort signs software partnership with QCI

Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort, located in Mt Pleasant, Michigan, has teamed up with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) to acquire its Unified Gaming Platform software and has begun installing it in the casino. The operator announced this in a joint release by both parties.

With Unified Gaming Platform software, the operator now has easy access to marketing, player development, and casino operations data that is all in one place. This will enable the operator to make informed decisions for the growth of the establishment.

The Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort is a sprawling establishment located in the heart of the Midwest owned and operated by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian tribe. The casino resort boasts of 516 luxurious hotel rooms, a full-service spa and salon, an indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. The gaming floor contains 3,000 slot machines, more than 70 table games, a brand new poker room, a sportsbook, an online casino and a VIP lounge, amongst many other attractions. The casino resort caters to thousands of guests and so the need to improve its performance through carefully analysed data.
