The Black Caps skipper will also demand more from his fellow top-order bats, as he was not the only one to fall flat in the second dig.

Lahiru Thirimanne @ +450 with Bovada
If not for his captain’s superb 122-run effort in Galle, Thirimanne would have had the top score in the second innings. When Sri Lanka need to make a large total, they will back in Thirimanne to get the job done. He has proven himself against quality opposition and will be difficult to dismiss.

Without setting the world on fire, Latham has been able to score consistent runs for his nation. He is a reliable opener with an excellent Test average of 42.57, which puts him in the upper echelon of international batsmen. Latham made two good starts in the first Test but will want to deliver more in Colombo.
