Three Tennessee Titans have tested positive for the coronavirus disease, resulting in an immediate suspension of all in-person activities. Eight members of the team, including three players and five support members, returned positive results.
The Vikings, who played against the Titans, have also suspended all in-person activities as they await their COVID-19 test results. So far, they haven’t reported any cases. Both teams are working with the NFL and NFLPA in the meantime.
However, it’s unclear whether their upcoming Sunday matches will continue. In the meantime, the Pittsburgh Steelers are training and preparing for their clash with the Titans. They’re already the favorites across NFL betting sites, and if the game continues, the odds will further tilt in their favor with the uncertainty surrounding their opponent.
The Titans won’t be in full form if their facilities are closed for the week, and will play with the three players down. Stay tuned for further developments.
