India dominate Zimbabwe, clinching T20I series despite setback

India has showcased their dominance in the T20I series against Zimbabwe by taking a 3-1 lead despite facing a setback in the first match.

During the fourth T20I held in Harare on Saturday, India impressively defeated Zimbabwe by a margin of 10 wickets while successfully chasing down the target of 153 without losing any wickets.

The opening duo of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubham Gill played key roles in India’s cricket triumph.

Jaiswal came close to scoring a century with 93 runs off 53 balls, while Gill contributed 59 runs.

Together, they exhibited batting skills, maintaining a scoring rate exceeding 10 runs per over.

In the opening part of the game, India’s bowlers limited Zimbabwe to a total of 152/7.

Khaleel Ahmed and Ravi Bishnoi delivered standout performances, with Ahmed securing two wickets and Bishnoi conceding 22 runs in his four overs.

Zimbabwe’s captain, Sikandar Raza, emerged as their scorer with 46 runs.

India’s victory in the T20I signifies a turnaround following their defeat in the series opener.
