This is a big NFC matchup in the City of Brotherly Love between two teams that really need a win.
The Chicago Bears have lost three in a row to drop below .500 on the season and while they had a chance to win their last game, they missed a last-second field goal in the 17-16 loss to the LA Chargers.

The Philadelphia Eagles snapped their two-game losing streak with a 31-13 win over the Buffalo Bills that evened their record at 4-4. They need another win in this game, as they are one game back of the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East and Dallas face the two-win New York Giants on Monday night.
The Bears have major issues with their offense, which only ranks 29th in passing yards per game and 25th in rushing yards per game. They are in the basement of the tough NFC North and their remaining schedule is a killer.
In Chicago’s loss to the Chargers they outgained them 388 yards to 231 yards and played great run defense but had two turnovers and gave up four sacks. Mitchell Trubisky passed for 253 yards with no touchdowns and an interception but was solid on the last drive to put the Bears in field goal position. Three players had at least 53 receiving yards, led by Anthony Miller with 67.
Rookie RB David Montgomery had, by far, his best game of the season, rushing for 135 yards with a touchdown and averaging five yards per carry. He had only rushed for 31 yards in his previous two games and on the season is only averaging 3.7 yards per carry.
The Philly pass defense is a big weakness and ranks 20th in the league, but can Trubisky take advantage of that? He sits 28th in the league QB rankings and in his last three games has managed only two touchdowns, both of which came in one game.

The Eagles displayed a balanced offensive attack in their win over Buffalo and held the Bills to only 253 total yards. Carson Wentz passed for 172 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions and Alshon Jeffery led the team with 64 receiving yards.
One of the main reasons the Eagles beat the Bills was their ground game, which racked up 172 rushing yards. Jordan Howard rushed for a season-high 98 yards with a touchdown and averaged 4.2 yards per carry and Miles Sanders chimed in with 74 rushing yards, 65 of which came on a scoring run.
The Eagles will face a Bears defense that was solid in their last game, despite the loss, and ranks 10th in the league against the pass and sixth against the run.

Philadelphia Eagles -5 at -111.11 with Bovada
The Eagles are in the better spot coming off a solid win over a good team, while the Bears have lost three straight games. This NFC matchup will bring out a solid game from Wentz and Philly, as they will use the momentum from the win over the Bills and their home fans to take this game and cover the spread.
