NFL 2021 Week 6 betting picks, spread tips & moneyline plays

The Buffalo Bills visit the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship Game on this Sunday’s NFL Week 6 betting board. New York Jets (+3) vs Atlanta Falcons (-3)

The New York Jets (1-3-0) and Atlanta Falcons (1-3-0) will play this game in England at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday night. New York is coming into this game off of an impressive 27-24 upset win over the Tennessee Titans for their first win of the season and the Falcons just picked up their third loss of the season in a 34-30 loss to the Washington Football Team.

Maybe the Jets aren’t as bad as we originally thought. Their defense has looked good all season; the problem was an anaemic offense that scored only 20 total points through New York’s first three games. But those three games all came against excellent defensive teams. This Sunday, the Jets face the worst scoring defense in the NFL as Atlanta has allowed 32 points per game in 2021. With another effort similar to the one they had against the Titans, the Jets could pull off another upset in this one.

Tennessee Titans (-4.5) vs Jacksonville Jaguars (+4.5)

The Tennessee Titans (2-2-0) should be highly motivated to put their best effort forward after being defeated by the lowly Jets last Sunday. Tennessee just handed New York its first win of the season and will want to avoid the embarrassment of doing the same for the Jacksonville Jaguars (0-4-0).

The Jaguars, meanwhile, are in complete disarray. They are off to an 0-4 start to the season and are now 0-19 straight up and 7-12 against the spread over their last 19 games overall. To make matters worse, the news cycle this week has been dominated by problems with head coach Urban Meyer who refused to fly home with the team after its loss to Cincinnati and was later caught on video in a compromising position with a young woman that wasn’t his wife. With Tennessee likely locked in and Jacksonville likely distracted, expect the Titans to win and cover here.

Buffalo Bills (+3) vs Kansas City Chiefs (-3)

The Buffalo Bills (3-1-0) have emerged as the best team in the NFL this season. After suffering a disappointing 23-16 loss in their season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Bills have proceeded to blow their last three opponents out by a combined score of 118-21 including two shutout wins over the Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans.

The Kansas City Chiefs (2-2-0) meanwhile are off to a disappointing 2-2 start due to a dreadful start to the season on defense. The Chiefs ranks second-to-last in the NFL in total yards allowed per game with 437.8 and in points allowed with 31.3 points allowed per game. How is this Chiefs defense going to fare against Buffalo’s explosive offense? In what should be a high-scoring game, look for the Bills’ clearly superior offense to come up with more stops en route to an upset win on the road.
