The winner of this game will be in first place in the SEC East and have a clear path to the conference title game. Georgia got off their only loss of the season against LSU by taking out ninth ranked Florida in their last game. The Bulldogs rank in the top 17 in the nation in points per game and opponents’ points per game.
Kentucky has had a Cinderella season for a school known for basketball not football. They have beaten two ranked teams and while not a high scoring team they have a good run game and rank tied for first in the nation only giving up an average of 13 points per game. KU escaped with a 15-14 win over Missouri in their last game and they have to play much better in this game facing a stacked Georgia team.
Georgia has covered the spread in their last five games facing Kentucky. Look for that trend to continue even though the Bulldogs are on the road.
Tip: Georgia to cover -9.5 at -111.11 with Nags.bet
This game is between two top 25 teams with Texas and West Virginia at 4-1 in Big 12 play along with Oklahoma. However, Texas has the advantage, as while they are coming off a loss they beat Oklahoma this season while West Virginia still has to face them.
Texas was upset in their last game losing to Oklahoma State 38-35 where they gave up 321 passing yards. That is not good facing Will Grier and a WVU passing offense that ranks tied for ninth in the nation averaging 331.3 passing yards per game.
West Virginia is coming off a blowout win, but they only have one win over a ranked team and that was facing Texas Tech, who are not ranked any longer. The Mountaineers are balanced with a good offense and defense and the big matchup in this game is Grier and the aerial attack of West Virginia facing Texas and their 36th ranked pass defense.
West Virginia is a good team, but Texas is better and at home and on top of that they have beaten three ranked teams this season.
Tip: Texas to cover -2 at -111.11 with Nags.bet
Oklahoma has won two in a row where they put up 52 and 51 points respectively. They have the nation’s fourth highest scoring team, but their defense is not great ranking 62nd in the nation in points against. Tech ranks 10th in the nation in points per game and they also don’t have a great defense. There is a reason the total for this game is set very high at 77.5.
In six of the last seven games between these teams the total has gone Over and that will happen again in this matchup.
Tip: Oklahoma vs. Texas Tech Over 77.5 points at -111.11 with Nags.bet [rm_recent_news tags=”college football, NCAA” exclude_tags=”LSU Tigers” title=”Latest football odds, news and tips” ajax=”true”]
