India come into their 2025 ICC Champions Trophy opener as red-hot favourites to beat Bangladesh in Dubai this Thursday.
The Indians are clear favourites for the title at +162 with leading online bookmakers, so it is no surprise to see them with the low odds of -1000 for this clash. Meanwhile, Bangladesh are paying +600 for the upset.
It has been an interesting preparation for Bangladesh, who have played just one warm-up ODI against the Pakistan A side, which they lost. Most of their players have been involved in the Bangladesh Premier League for the past month, while they have won just one ODI in the last 12 months.

India are expected to field a familiar lineup, headed by captain Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill. Virat Kohli will come in at first drop, with Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul completing the top five.
